RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We can offer a refund on any items you purchased (not hired) from our online shop, if the item is faulty or not quite what you were expecting, please let us know within 14 days of purchase for a full refund on the cost of the product. We cannot offer free returns as we are only a small business.
The item will need to be returned to us and then we will refund the amount to the bank account used within 14 days of return.
Whilst you do not have to tell us why you would like a refund, we do appreciate any feedback.

SHIPPING INFO
We use a standard Second Class service via The Royal Mail. Any orders purchased after 5pm on a Friday are sent on a Monday (unless a Bank Holiday, where it will be a Tuesday).
